Terms and conditions
MobileSynchro is a service that lets You backup the content of your mobile phone, manage and archive the information on web, and restore the information to the same or another mobile phone.To use the MobileSynchro service You must agree to these terms and conditions. If You don’t agree to these terms and conditions, You can not use the service. By signing up You also verify that You are old enough to enter into a legal obligation.
Copyright and trademarks
All content (texts, designs, logos, functionality, etc) is the intellectual property of Synkia AS. Other trademarks that appear within the MobileSynchro service are trademarks of their respective owners.
Signup, usage and cancellation
You sign up for the service by sms, wap or through web. Signing up entitles You to a personal license to use the MobileSynchro service. The license cannot be transferred or redistributed to another legal entity.
The license gives You the right to use the service without time limitations. Using the service with the first device is free. All payable actions in the service are described in detail in Pricing and Payment.
You can remove Your data and cancel Your account at any time. When the account is cancelled, access to the web application is blocked.
Service availability and disclaimers
The MobileSynchro service is provided “as is” and You agree to use it at Your own risk. The service is designed to be reliable and with high quality, but MobileSynchro cannot guarantee that it will work according to expectations on all handsets and across all carriers.
In no event shall MobileSynchro be liable to You or a third party for loss or damages arising out of using the service.
MobileSynchro has the right to cancel an account if it is being used for unlawful activities.
MobileSynchro has the right to terminate the service (or a part of it) with three months written notice. Such notice can be given on web or by sms. If the service is terminated while the user is having active accounts a relative portion of the payment shall be paid back.
Third party information
The service might include content from MobileSynchro partners and/or advertisements/links to their web sites. MobileSynchro has no control over such content and shall not be responsible for any material on these sites, nor any damage that arise from visiting these sites.
Updates to the terms and conditions
MobileSynchro reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and pricing according to changes or new additions to the service and if You continue to use the service after such changes You accept the changes to the terms and conditions and pricing.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any legal matter that relates to the MobileSynchro service shall be solved by Norwegian courts.
